Distance Healing – What to Expect
If you’re too far away or unable to attend an in-person session, a Distant Energy Healing Session is a powerful alternative. Energy transcends time and space, flowing wherever attention is directed. Just as radio waves and mobile signals are invisible yet effective, Distant Energy Healing works on the etheric plane, sending loving, intentional energy to you, the receiver. I will call you at your scheduled time.
Initial Conversation
In our consultation, we’ll discuss your health, any medical conditions, and what brings you to energy healing.
Preparing Your Space
Please remove any jewelry and wear loose, comfortable clothing. Have a blanket, pillow, and eye cover nearby if needed, and find a quiet, comfortable space where you can lie undisturbed for at least an hour and a half.
During the Session
You may experience various sensations—colors, warmth, coolness, tingling, or deep relaxation. Some people feel nothing at all, which is also perfectly normal. Each experience is unique, unfolding in its own way.
Post Session Relaxation
After the session, you may feel deeply relaxed. If possible, continue resting. If you have plans, set an alarm for at least 1.5 to 2 hours afterward to give yourself time to fully relax.
Energy Boost
You may feel a burst of energy following the session, which is completely natural. This energy might help you tackle tasks you’ve been postponing or encourage you to journal about your healing journey.
End of Session and Follow Up
Once the session ends, I’ll disconnect the call. The next day, I’ll follow up to check in on how you’re feeling.
Hydration and Self Care
Drink plenty of room-temperature water afterward to help release any toxins. It’s also best to avoid caffeine and alcohol for the rest of the day.
